A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face and body are visible. Phone snapshots are perfect.
How long until it arrives?
Around three weeks from order — each piece is made to order and hand-finished.
Can I choose a chain?
Yes. Add a matching sterling silver or 9ct gold chain at checkout for £49.
Is it a real portrait of my pet?
Yes — we sculpt each pendant to your photograph rather than picking a stock breed shape.
